FABRIC CUTTING
Managed by a highly qualified team, Fabric cutting is one of the strengths of the company.
This workshop is equipped with CAD stations that allow rapid research, placement of mattresses, and above all optimization of material consumption.
Optimized placement system, padding trolleys, and positive unwinding ensuring excellent placement of fabrics on tables.
The automatic blade cutting ensures optimum quality and speed of execution, all linked to the computer system.
Pointed tables for quilting stripes and checks with manual realignment.
Interlining in plate or panel provided by a heat-sealing press.
Handcrafted cuts for specific pieces (Embroidery, patterned fabric, fur lace)
IRONING
100% quality control is applied to the articles, monitoring of retouching operations, assembly of specific accessories, labeling, and ironing.
Our pressing department is completely modernized and each pressing unit is equipped with programmable systems that offer deep, permanent, and lasting results. These systems are all prepared to face the contingencies of the different types of existing materials that have arisen over the last decade.
PRODUCTION MONITORING
In order to be available and intervene at all times, our production units are always on alert for possible interventions and avoid stopping the disruption of the production chain. that said, we are there to support you from start to finish.
A project manager is available for each project for confidence, clarity, and foresight.

Our project managers provide you with real-time information to ensure compliance with defined quality standards. Locally, we systematically follow 4 steps to ensure quality controls:
- Pre-Production Meeting: Validation of the first sample. We analyze the product from a production/standardization point of view in order to anticipate all potential risks.
- Initial Inspection: We perform a random inspection on the first day of production to make any necessary improvements.
- Online inspections: We carry out a random check to ensure product compliance and the right pace of production in order to meet technical specifications as well as the delivery schedule.
- Final Inspection: By following international standards, we assure you of the quality of your merchandise in relation to initial requirements, compliance with the quantities ordered and produced, as well as the proper conditioning of your merchandise before shipment.

In terms of proposals and suggestions, we offer a wide range of process materials (mesh, warp, weft, etc.)
We of course take care of the sourcing of all the accessories most suited to your requirements (metal accessories, paper or fabric labels, individual packaging, etc…)
